My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were simple but comfortable, easily accessible by car with convenient parking in front; however, they tended to get a bit stuffy during the summer. The service was exceptional, with the staff being incredibly flexible, helpful, and friendly. The location was convenient, especially for exploring the area, being situated between St Moritz and Neuschwanstein Castle in Hohenschangau, Germany. The dining experience was delightful, offering a good continental breakfast included in the rate. Despite some minor drawbacks, such as room stuffiness, the hotel provided excellent value for money.
